How do I access my Voya retirement account? ›

The Voya Retire mobile app is an easy, secure and convenient way to access and manage your retirement account all in one place – so you can help boost your retirement savings and manage your money all while on the go. 1-800-584-6001 You can access your account by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Requirements: Your Password must at least 8 characters in length. Your Password must contain three of the following four characteristics: Upper Case, Lower Case, Numeric or Symbol (/>$#@). Your Password is case sensitive.

How quickly can I get my money when I make a request for a loan, hardship or final distribution? Answer : Generally, loan checks are mailed first class within three business days after execution of distribution transaction. For hardship withdrawals, Financial Hardship Withdrawal prefilled forms can be completed online.

If you do not specify a tax-withholding amount, a default of 10% federal withholding will be applied to your payment. A 10% early withdrawal penalty may also apply to the distribution.
